Cancellation Policy
Llety Cynin operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. Cancellations within 48 hours will have the fee forfeited.
Covid Policy
Should you not feel well, please do not attend your booking. If you become unwell with Covid symptons, you must cancel your booking as soon as possible. Covid related cancellations can be rebooked. Proof of test must be provided to reschedule and bookings must be not be made until a clear result has been provided. Rescheduled bookings must be made within 6 months.
Should you display covid symptoms such as a cough on arrival, our staff have the right to refuse treatment or ask you to perform a Lateral Flow Test. Should you refuse or be turned away on the day, no refund or reschedule will be available to you. This policy is to protect our staff and future customers. All payments must be made at the time of booking.
