This membership is for full access to the Gym, Weights Room & Changing Rooms throughout our opening hours. The leisure club opening hours are as follows :- Monday 7am - 8pm Tuesday 7am - 8pm Wednesday 7am - 8pm Thursday 7am - 8pm Friday 7am - 8pm Saturday 8am - 6pm Sunday 8am - 4pm
Llety Cynin Membership Terms and Conditions
Opening times - Monday to Friday 7am to 8pm Saturday 8am to 6pm Sunday 8am to 4pm Entry slots are available on the hour for an hour. You can arrive without a booking, entry will depend on availability. You MUST sanitize gym equipment before and after use failure to do so may result in the cancellation of your membership.
Principle Terms
All members and those periodically visiting the Club must comply with these rules.
Fees and Charges - There is NO joining fee or administration charge.
- Initial membership fee to be paid by cash or credit/debit card and subsequent payments will be taken from the card on the first working day of the month. - You are obligated to make the minimum of 6 monthly payments regardless of non-attendance, except where cancellation terms are met.
- Failure to pay monies owed may result in the debt being passed to a third party for collection.
Renewal - Once you have completed the Minimum number of Membership Payments, we will automatically continue to collect the monthly payments unless you cancel.
Cancellation - Your membership may be cancelled after the minimum period by giving ONE MONTH’S NOTICE in writing.
- We will cancel the payment on receipt of your cancellation notice received by letter or email
- Early cancellation will be considered on the following grounds
- Relocation: when you move away from the area upon receipt of a utility bill showing the new address;
- Illness or Injury: membership can be suspended for a maximum of 6 months due to ill health from the date that the club was informed;
- Redundancy: this agreement can be cancelled upon redundancy or loss of livelihood;
- Pregnancy: this agreement can be frozen for a maximum of 6 months pre-birth and a maximum of 6 months post birth.
Membership - Acceptance of an application for Membership is at our absolute discretion.
- Your membership begins immediately unless otherwise agreed.
- Membership entitles Members to use the facilities within their chosen package.
- Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded to a different package with the permission of the club. Membership is non-transferable.
- Members may bring one guest on payment of a guest fee during the members normal hours of attendance.
- The Club reserves the right to make changes to the membership agreement when necessary.
- The Management reserves the right to refuse or retract membership for those in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
Classes - Classes may be booked one week in advance and must be paid in advance
- Cancellation must be made 24 hours before the class begins
General - Opening times are displayed on the entrance and at reception.
- The Club cannot be held responsible for the personal belongs of Members or Visitors.
- You are respectfully requested to allow sufficient time to shower and change to be able to leave the Club premises punctually at the time of closing.
- No photography or movie shots are allowed in the club using a camera or any other device, unless specific permission is given by the Manager.
- You must not consume any food or drink on the premises that you have brought in from outside. - We reserve the right to show potential Members and other individuals the facilities of the club.
Behaviour and Dress - Please conduct yourself in an appropriate manner when in or about the Club so that you do not disturb or impair the use and enjoyment of the Club for others.
- Any threatening behaviour or the use of foul, loud or abusive language towards other members of the Club, guests or staff will be treated seriously, resulting in you having to leave the premises.
- Smoking and vaping are prohibited in all areas of the Club.
- The use of Club facilities while under the influence of alcohol, drugs or other substance which may affect your ability to exercise safely is strictly prohibited.
- Suitable clothing must be worn at all times.
Gym and Weights - Appropriate clean exercise clothing and training shoes must be worn whilst exercising. - You must complete a Pre-Activity Health Questionnaire before using any equipment.
- You should seek instruction before using unfamiliar equipment.
- Make sure that you use the equipment appropriately.
- Equipment must not be used for longer than 20 minutes during busy periods.
- You must wipe down equipment after use. Health and Safety
- You must use the main entrance when entering or leaving the Club.
- Fire exits are clearly marked and must not be tampered with.
- You must read the health and safety notices posted outside any equipment and comply with their recommendations.
- You must comply with reasonable requests made by the staff in the interests of health and safety. - Please notify a member of staff of any faulty or damaged equipment.
Children - May not use the Gym and Weights room.
Liability A member or visitor making use of the facilities are responsible for ensuring that he or she is properly equipped and that his or her health and physical condition are such as not to involve any risk to him or herself or any other person making use of the facilities. It is hereby understood and agreed that Llety Cynin accepts no responsibility for accident, injury, illness or misadventure caused or suffered by members or guests on the premises howsoever caused. Only to the extent caused by wilful default or negligence of Llety Cynin, its servants or agents. Members are responsible for their own insurance in respect of injuries suffered, loss or damage to equipment. As a Company we will always comply with relevant UK law.
